Eco-Dome Al'dani Mythic Boost
Informatie
Eco-Dome Al’dani is a three-boss dungeon introduced in World of Warcraft: The War Within Patch 11.2, located in K’aresh beneath the Manaforge Omega raid. Set in an ethereal greenhouse preserving life in a hostile environment, it’s a key part of Season 3’s Mythic+ rotation. This guide provides strategies for bosses, trash mobs, a PUG-friendly route, and tips for leveraging profession bonuses, applicable to Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties.
Dungeon Overview
Location: K’aresh, right jetty at the north end of Tazavesh (/way Tazavesh 60.2 22.4).
Bosses: Azhiccar, Taah’bat and A’wazj, Soul-Scribe.
Key Features: Heavy on interrupts, purges, and positioning. Includes profession bonuses (Enchanting) for buffs and crowd control.
Recommended Addon: Mythic Dungeon Tools (MDT) for route planning.
Trash Mobs
Eco-Dome Al’dani’s trash mobs are challenging, with enrage effects, purges, and interrupts critical to success. Below are key mechanics for each area.
Azhiccar Trash Area
Invading Mite:
Engorge: Leaps to random players, leeching health. Stack close to maintain uptime.
TL;DR: Stack to bait leaps, kill quickly.
Overgorged Mite:
Gorge: Targets a random player, gaining a stack of Overgorged. Interrupt as many casts as possible.
On death, applies a group-wide DoT based on Overgorged stacks. Healers prepare defensives for high stacks.
TL;DR: Interrupt Gorge, use healing CDs on death.
Ravaging Scavenger:
Consuming Strikes: Heals for 25% of melee damage dealt.
Hungering Rage: Enrage below 50% health, increasing attack speed by 50%. Soothe (e.g., Hunter’s Tranquilizing Shot, Druid’s Soothe) or use tank defensives.
TL;DR: Soothe enrage, focus to limit healing.
Voracious Gorger:
Consuming Strikes: Same as Ravaging Scavenger.
Gorging Smash: Group-wide damage and spawns avoidable circles. Use defensives if overlapping with other damage.
TL;DR: Dodge circles, use defensives.
Ravenous Destroyer:
Immune to CC.
Gluttonous Miasma: Debuffs a random player; use personal defensives and stay away from allies to avoid cleave.
Volatile Ejection: Line attack on a random player. Stand still to help others avoid it.
TL;DR: Spread for Gluttonous Miasma, dodge Volatile Ejection.
Tips:
Prioritize soothes for Hungering Rage and interrupts for Gorge.
Stack for Engorge to simplify add management.
Use AoE stuns to control multiple mobs during big pulls.
Taah’bat and A’wazj Trash Area
Overcharged Sentinel:
Immune to CC.
Unstable Core: After losing its shield, deals constant damage and spawns puddles. Healers use defensives.
Arcane Slash: Frontal on tank; face away from group, use defensives.
TL;DR: Face away, heal through puddles.
Wastelander Farstalker:
Farstalker’s Leap: Cleaves allies if not spread. Stay loosely spread.
Arcing Zap: Interrupt every cast to prevent damage.
TL;DR: Spread, interrupt Arcing Zap.
Wastelander Ritualist:
Arcane Bolt: Interruptible filler cast.
Arcing Energy: Magic debuff on a random player; dispel and spread to avoid cleave.
TL;DR: Interrupt Arcane Bolt, dispel Arcing Energy.
Wastelander Phaseblade:
Alacrity: Increases attack and movement speed by 30% for 10 seconds. Purge (e.g., Priest’s Dispel Magic, Shaman’s Purge) or use tank defensives.
Phase Step: Steps through shadows to target. No major impact, but stay aware.
TL;DR: Purge Alacrity, tank defensives.
Tamed Ruinstalker:
Warp: Random target line attack. Avoid or CC to stop the cast.
TL;DR: Dodge or CC Warp.
Tips:
Interrupt Arcing Zap and Arcane Bolt aggressively.
Purge Alacrity to reduce tank damage.
Spread for Farstalker’s Leap and Arcing Energy.
Soul-Scribe Trash Area
Wastelander Pactspeaker:
Immune to CC.
Arcane Bolt: Interruptible filler cast.
Erratic Ritual: 6-second channel dealing arcane damage to all players. Use defensives and healing CDs.
Consume Spirit: Swap to add to prevent a large shield (10% of max health per 3 seconds).
TL;DR: Interrupt Arcane Bolt, focus add during Consume Spirit.
K’aresh Elemental:
Embrace of K’aresh: Shields a random mob. Purge immediately.
TL;DR: Purge shield, focus down.
Wastes Creeper:
Immune to CC.
Gloom Bite: Healing absorb on tank. Use defensives and sustain healing.
Burrowing Eruption: Avoid circle targeting a random player.
TL;DR: Heal tank, dodge circles.
Burrowing Creeper:
Stinging Sandstorm: Heavy group-wide DoT. Use healing CDs.
Earthcrusher: Avoid circles, often follows Stinging Sandstorm. Use defensives if low health.
Burrow Charge: Hits a random player; stand still to help others avoid.
TL;DR: Heal Stinging Sandstorm, dodge Earthcrusher and Burrow Charge.
Avoidable Patrols: Stealthed burrowers roam the area. Avoid to prevent unnecessary pulls.
Tips:
Purge Embrace of K’aresh and interrupt Arcane Bolt.
Use healing CDs for Stinging Sandstorm and Erratic Ritual.
Avoid patrols to streamline pulls.
Boss Fights
Azhiccar
Overview: A fight alternating between boss and add phases, requiring tanks to stay in melee range to avoid wipes. Focus on add control and positioning.
Key Mechanics:
Invading Shriek: Group-wide damage, spawning six Frenzied Mites from set room locations. Mites gain 10% damage per Engorge stack. Bait to one spot, use AoE stuns, and cleave down.
Toxic Regurgitation: Targets two players with a shadow DoT and Digestive Spittle puddles. Group puddles near arena edges to save space and slow adds during Devour.
Devour: At 100 energy, Azhiccar channels for 18 seconds, pulling players in and dealing ticking shadow damage. Spawns six Frenzied Mites that walk to the boss. CC (slows, knockbacks) and kill mites before they reach Azhiccar, or he gains Feast (healing and stacking damage buff). Players too close also trigger Feast.
Thrash: Wipes the group if the tank isn’t in melee range (except during Devour).
Strategy:
Tanks: Stay in melee range except during Devour. Help CC mites.
DPS: Bait Frenzied Mites to one spot, use AoE CC, and cleave. Drop Toxic Regurgitation puddles near edges.
Healers: Ramp for Invading Shriek and Devour. Spot-heal Toxic Regurgitation targets.
Stack to bait mites but spread slightly for Toxic Regurgitation.
Taah’bat and A’wazj
Overview: A dual-boss fight with shared health (Beastmaster’s Bond). Maximize cleave damage during specific phases and manage positioning.
Key Mechanics:
Phase 1 (A’wazj):
Binding Javelin: Targets two players, dealing 8-yard AoE and tethering those hit to spears. Overlap circles in a Venn diagram shape, drag A’wazj between them, and cleave to free players.
Warp Strike: Dashes at a random player, applying a stacking DoT to those in the path. Use defensives if tethered.
Rift Claws: Large arcane hit plus bleed on tank. Use cooldowns.
Phase 2 (Arcane Blitz, at 100 energy):
A’wazj becomes unattackable, Taah’bat dismounts. A’wazj casts repeated Warp Strike.
Taah’bat deals ticking arcane damage (Arcane Overload) and is immune via Incorporeal (5 stacks).
Players targeted by Warp Strike aim lines through Taah’bat to remove Incorporeal stacks. Avoid hitting allies.
At 0 stacks, both bosses are Destabilized for 15 seconds, taking bonus cleave damage.
After Destabilized, Taah’bat remounts, restarting Phase 1.
Strategy:
Tanks: Face A’wazj away, use cooldowns for Rift Claws. Drag to tethered players.
DPS: Cleave tethered spears, aim Warp Strike through Taah’bat, and maximize damage during Destabilized.
Healers: Heal Arcane Overload and Warp Strike DoTs. Dispel tethers if needed.
Stack for Binding Javelin but spread slightly for Warp Strike.
Soul-Scribe
Overview: A unique fight centered on collecting your soul (echo) to avoid debuffs while dodging lines, circles, and cones.
Key Mechanics:
Whispers of Fate: Damages all players, spawning soul echoes. Collect your echo to gain Fatebound (stacking buff). If an ability hits your echo, you get Wounded Fate (haste reduction, arcane DoT every 2 seconds).
Ceremonial Dagger: Line attack targeting all five echoes after 5 seconds. Collect your echo quickly.
Dread of the Unknown: 9-yard AoE around all players after 4 seconds. Spread out and collect echoes.
Eternal Weave: Slow-moving cones targeting echoes. Prioritize collecting echoes in cones first, then others.
Echoes of Fate: Ticking arcane damage throughout the fight. Healers prepare.
Strategy:
Tanks: No specific mechanics; focus on positioning and collecting your echo.
DPS: Prioritize collecting echoes, especially during Eternal Weave cones. Avoid lines and AoEs.
Healers: Heal Echoes of Fate and Wounded Fate DoTs. Use defensives if players fail to collect echoes.
Move quickly for Ceremonial Dagger and Dread of the Unknown, but prioritize Eternal Weave cones.
